omg,have you not looked inot at all or anything?,its a nikon d40,a begginers digtal slr!.Its not a norma point n shoot camera!.Its a 6.4mega pixel camera! and yes it is better than a 12.0mega pixle argos camera as you can actually shoot what you want by channging aperture,shutter speed ect and lens's of course!
